+A: Diese sind dazu da, dass man seine Hände nicht vom normalen Eingabefeld der Tastatur nehmen muss. Man drückt einfach die Mod5-Taste und schon hat man die gesamte Tastatur (außer den Funktionstasten) per Zehnfingersystem erreichbar.
