Alles auf xkeyboard-config Version 1.6 angeglichen.

Modifier mit Hilfe von compat-Regeln definiert.
Damit sollten alle Multi-Layout-Bugs behoben sein.
Allerdings tritt wahrscheinlich #135 wieder auf.
